They are hands-down the best inflatable rental company in the area. We’ve rented multiple bounce houses before, but this experience was on another level. We had unexpected power issues, and instead of just dropping off the inflatable and leaving like other companies we’ve used, they went above and beyond. They helped troubleshoot everything and even worked to get not one, but two generators running for us. In the past, other companies made it clear they only handle delivery and setup, leaving the rest up to the customer. I recently rented the Mario themed bounce house for my son's birthday party, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! We recently rented a water slide from Twin City Inflatables for a birthday party, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. By far the funnest experience we have ever had for a birthday party! The kids absolutely loved the foam party and the adults were amazed on how well the cannon supplied so much foam for the kids to enjoy. It is non toxic and biodegradable which put me at ease with the kids and animals. The staff are extremely nice and were very flexible with my crazy schedule accommodating all of my needs. I was able to get tables and chairs also at an amazing cost. I will definitely be using this company in the future with out a doubt. ~ Amber M

We used Twin City Inflatable's for our 8 y/o’s birthday party. I highly recommend them. The family who owns the company runs it themselves. We plan on using them for future gatherings because they communicate with you almost immediately about the rental along with the day before and the day of. They are fully insured, so they deliver, set it up and tear down. Bonus points, we had the bouncy house for 8 hours (no additional fees for that time length) so our boys were able to enjoy a full day of playing on it. ~ Monica C

Renting from Twin City Inflatables for my son’s birthday was absolutely the best experience. We rented the Mario combo bounce and slide, which was a huge hit with the kids. It was also such a good value for the affordable rental price. Sly and Calla were great at communication, scheduling, set up, and pick up. The inflatable was well cared for and clean. Twin City Inflatables of Lexington is a very good place to rent waterslides. They brought the waterslide at the exact time that we agreed upon and picked up right on time. They were available at anytime to answer question that were asked . Another thing is they supplied the hose for the waterslide. The last company we used we had to supply drop cords and two hoses and a water spout splitter. We are happy to have found Twin City. ~ Mary O

I was throwing a birthday party for my daughter and was looking for a popcorn and cotton candy machine. I was having a hard time finding any in Winston and then I came across Twin City Inflatables. Had a wonderful experience renting from Twin City Inflatable’s. Service is top notch from answering questions on the phone to setup and tear down. They confirm with you (as the renter) that you are ok with screws/staking into ground beforehand as well as walk the area afterwards to ensure all is cleaned up. We rented the Super Mario inflatable which was a hit with the kids. Would definitely recommend them for your next party or event. ~ Brian S

Such a wonderfully kind couple who came and set up the bounce house. They were professional, kind and interacted with my daughter which made her feel so special on her special day! Not only did they exceed our expectations, but they were early to set up and told us to text them any time from having issues (we had none) and when we were done for the evening. We rented their Super Mario Bros bounce house, and it was a hit for our 6 year old son’s birthday. They told us a time that they would drop off and pick up, and they were spot on with both, they stayed in good communication with us, it was cost efficient, and they were very respectful and nice people. Twin Cities Inflatables provided a bounce house for “Unity in the Community” at Tanglewood this year which was a partnership between NC probation and the Forsyth County Sheriffs Department to raise money for the Special Olympics. All the kids loved the inflatables. The staff were great to work with and we hope to utilize them in the future for more events! Highly recommend to anyone looking to have a great time. Easy to arrange reservation, quick response to our request. The price is good for the quality of the bounce house -waterslide we chose. Set up and take down was handled with care and right on time. Having Twin City inflatables bring the combo unit meant an amazing end to Vacation Bible school. The kids all under 11 thought it was awesome.
